Fuel Door Latch

The emergency over ride fuel door latch allows you to open the fuel door (leave it unlocked) if the electrical system locks it in a closed position. My Body Control Module (one theory) is broken and several electrical functions are offline (interior lights, power door locks, FUEL door lock ?? ) and I needed to use this to over ride the lockout and fuel the car.
