This is a pic from back in the fall far nothing major added yet. Inherited it from my aunt after she passed away. Only 120,000 miles or very close to it over/under

Only thing added:
Catalytic Converter welded on
Drilled/slotted front & rear brakes from BrakeMotive as well as ceramic pads

Plans:
Someday fix sunroof won't open, fixed the leak though
Double Din DVD with GPS
Get new headliner
Either fix headlights or buy new ones
Make this P0420 code go off lol
Redo tint and make it darker
Upgrade entire speaker system

Performance wise unsure
Possibly exhaust system and make faster than it already is.

Got one problem fixed she was chugging, found out that one of the plug wires was getting burned by exhaust. I ended up getting a full tune up since it hadn't had one since I had it.

Found out a few new problems:
Need a blower Motor- hence why heat only works when it wants to
Front Axle
Front transmission mount

After all of this is done the rest will be cosmetics & electronic related I'm definitely ready for this part.

Left off that I have to get the sunroof fixed used to leak but I fixed the leak by tightening a screw but refuses to open. Also have to replace the headliner due to the leak. And will eventually smoke the tails.

Mileage 120,6xx

Front trans mount can be handled with a bolt, some hockey pucks and a few washers. Search for hockey puck mount.

I have to fix my sunroof as well, so I might post about it when the time comes. Looks like a good time to tackle the headliner.

Just to give you a little help on your problems as I am a GM mechanic. The P0420 code is usually indicative of a bad cat but I see you replaced that already. With a new cat you should always go ahead and replace ALL the oxygen sensors too. Any contamination or excessive heat will kill them. GM cars seem to prefer Bosch O2s the best. If the HEAT only works sometimes then its a blend door actuator. If its the fan that only works sometimes it is most likely the blower motor resistor pack. If memory serves the blower should work on hi only if the pack fails. They are cheap and easy to fix.
If the blower works sporadically then its the connector at the blower motor itself. Just unplug it and tighten the spade terminals in the harness and you should be fine. Cant tell you how many Regals, centurys, Grand Prixs I have come in wit a loose plug.

Trans mount, do the hockey puck. Best bet for the money as the blown cars usually destroy an Anchor brand mount in months. I am working on making Delrin mounts but am kinda swamped at work right now to make them.

Axle is cheap, get a Cardone or Import Direct from Oreillys. They are cheap. Get new if possible.

The heat only cuts on when I hit the blower motor under the glove compartment. I'm definitely going to do the hockey puck mount I just have to have someone actually do it for me as I don't how to do it at all.

I highly doubt you will find a shop that will do the hockey puck / solid mount even if you bring them all the parts and tell them what to do, they will see it as a liability and shy away from it.
