A little 3M outdoor mounting tape. Looks identical to the original adhesive GM used on the badges. Sticks good too, and doesn't need to set like glue

I found a new trunk lock cover spring.

I need a battery powered drill to get the rivets off should I find a good cover.

It's about time. :P
I'm hoping I'll be glueing one of those badges on my car soon enough!

I'm not fond of the glue idea. The mounting tape can be cut to fit with a razor and removed with WD-40.

First, :booty2: , 'cause that's all you'll see on the track :poke: (joking)

Second, you still have a lock cover on your trunk :ballkick:

Also, your car is a lot cleaner than mine and you have a schweet 2-door h-body. I still wish I could go back in time and stop to look at the T-type on the way to the movies instead of after, I missed the sale by 20 minutes.

But, this summer I will have completely unique front and rear skirting. And this weekend is go-time for my exhaust.

So, while we both pulled "SUPERCHARGED" badges from a junkyard queen, I don't think I copied you too badly :P . I'm looking for a power-6 badge to replace my lock cover. And a vanity license plate is in the works  .

Haha I knew you wouldn't like that comment  .

I can't wait to see what you do with the body! There's always people talking about doing it, but never do it.

And actually, I'd be interested to see us match-up at the track. It would certainly be an interesting race! Also, I have a spare set of T-type wheels if you're ever interested...

Lastly, engine bay pics! :poke:

Also, some shots I snuck in at the meet.

I'm going to be at Marten, MI at least a few times this year ;)

I love the T-type wheels. But I'm hooked on 16's (no pun intended), but I love T-type wheels.

I was thinking...I might (possibly) have the fastest '86 LeSabre ever.

Did I mention that I love T-Type wheels?

Edit: If all goes well, I'll have some engine bay pics with a little extra shiny this weekend!

Edit 2: I love the T-Type wheels!

Thanks for the pics, Will. I remember seeing those a few months ago now!

Matt - this is all:

But seriously, you probably do have the fastest '86. I've always loved the grille and sealed beam headlights...

Ok now I swear I'm done hogging your thread. As you were :) .

There's an additional add on that no one has mentioned yet. Everyone is drawn to the supercharged badge.

If you look carefully at the picture, you will see something else that is new.

Look between the trunk and the spoiler and you will see the words "blown" on the center mount brake light.
