Not sure of the exact year, but it was a silver 2k+ SLE. It was fairly stock except it had aftermarket mufflers/tips (single large round tip per side), it had the small marker light added right behind the front tire (clear marker), and then the most unique piece was the piece on the trunk lid that connected the lights was painted to color match. Didn't love it, but didn't hate it either... definetly unique.

I have seen this particular Bonneville in St. Cloud this past summer.
Definitely not done in 'bad' taste. I too wasn't exactly drooling, but I did like the painted center lamp.

I have seen it also IIRC. I definitely remember the color matched trunk lid piece. I think when i saw it it was on Radisson off of 35w.

I've often thought what a 2000+ would look like with the trunk shaved down instead of having the light section there. I think it would look better than a painted light if actual body work was done. Reminds me of Jim's friend Paul's Accord...a few have probably seen it (maybe some in MN). lol

Well what do you know? haha I'd need to see more angles to get more of an opinion..but I think I like the light section better. Strangely looks a lot like a Grand Am that way.

My thoughts too... real GA-ish. I wonder what a GA would look like with a b-ville center section graphed in?
Photoshop anyone?

I think the Bonne needs a sort've kink in the bottom of the trunk lid, about 3-5 inches up, bending in to a point..
Or maybe leave the sheet metal as it is and flow it out at the bottom to match the bumper's angle?

i like the trunk piece being shaved, the center tail is very dated for a 2000+ car in my opinion

I almost bought an '01 from a dealership in Medina. It was a silver SSEi with a poorly painted center light section, and risers for the wing that lifted it about an inch and a half. It was a very clean car and I really liked it. No problems that I could find, but it was silver and had no moon roof. Too much money to spend on a comprimise. Oh, carfax said it was originally from St. Cloud, by the way.
