Driver Door Panel not working on 04 Bonneville

Driver Door Panel not working on 04 Bonneville

I have just gotten a 2004 Bonneville. I've noticed the driver door panel doesn't work. Power windows in back work fine but front windows won't roll down, power mirror won't adjust and the power locks won't work. Where do I start to check? The fuses?
Oh, the gas gauge isn't working either. It flips back and forth when started but after a few seconds buries itself in E.. help!
