Custom Tail Lights/Trunk lights and other questions

So I have an ‘03 Bonnie SE that I recently bought. Finally got the brake line fixed a little while ago and wound up having to have the control arms welded to the cape frame be side they were literally so rusted out they weren’t even connected no more. But the motor’s still solid! Anywho, I’m looking for a custom tail light maker or someone who does tail light repair/mods who can repair and maybe do an LED conversion for my tail lights? I wound up buying a new left tail light cover at the local U-Pull, but definitely needs to be cleaned and repaired before I put it on the Bonnie. And even then, I was wanting to do the LED conversion, whether it be LED strips that are fitted properly for the tail lights (with or without RGB), or actual LED Bulbs (most common). Maybe the LED strips would be better suited for the trunk deck light cover (does that normally glow when you brake on an ‘03? If not, be cool to see it lit up!)
Luckily when I bought my Bonnie, someone converted my low-beams to White LED’s, but left the Highs as yellow Halogen, so might swap that later on down the road.
Also, what other modifications would you guys suggest to do to the Bonnie for not only performance and cosmetics, but for longevity/maintenance, especially if it’s got as much rust as mine does?
I was thinking of what options I have to get more power out of the 3800 Series II motor but it’s very slim for engine mods or even air intake mods because of the age of the Bonnie……….
As for cosmetics for body, I was thinking of trying to fix the bindi rust repair someone did by my gas cap and plastidipping my car with a hyper shift color plastidip to preserve the original color underneath and put a different color on the outside.

Modifications made so far (interior-wise):
Aftermarket head unit (Dual XDCPA11BT flashed with Jensen CAR1000BT Firmware)
Backup Camera (still need to figure out how to properly wire this……..help)
Jensen 600w 2-channel Bluetooth Amplifier
2 Kicker CompVR 10” (or maybe 12”) subwoofers currently in the process of being wired in a 4 ohm series-parallel wiring configuration
