Transmission going into 2nd gear too soon

Accelerating from a stop at about 2mph the tranmission goes into second gear and the car bogs down, you can fix it by shifting the shifter to 1st gear and it pulls right back into 1st. How can I fix this? Do I need to get the PCM tuned?

A bad TPS will cause shifting problems.
A bad MAF could cause shifting problems.
Check your codes.

I do not have any codes, SES isn't on and the ABS light isn't either. I have a mid range scanner, not top of the line but not a cheapo one either, where would I look for said codes?

Can you view live data? I'd be looking at TPS and MAF values even if they aren't throwing codes.

Yeah I can view MAF and TPS
What signs/what would bad data look like? they seem to be matching each other

Just wanted to say that this problem went away after replacing the filter and fluid
