I had SO much bad luck with actuators.
My case, NO HEAT on passenger side, only Drivers Side.
It was a FAULTY NEW Actuator. They are all made in China, Delco, etc.
Finally here are the results.
I bought part number: BVL-1860 Manufactured by Bevel Engineering
Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MKS4K9T?ps ... ct_details
Disconnect your battery completely.
Make sure the actuator you buy is set to the MIDDLE of the range.
Install, bolt up along the HVAC box
Keep your glove box removed so you can feel the actuator and see it move into positions after you install and start car.
Reconnect the battery positive and negative ( you lose your stored memories in the car )
Start up car.
Turn on HVAC in the case I have Auto Temp Climate Control, not manual
Change temp modes on the passenger side.
You will see it moving from left to right, vice versus.
You have now calibrated the actuator and system.
I could not afford $100 for Delco (it's made in China anyway)
