I have been looking for a replacement for the SSEI that is not as rusty and have come across a decent one I am considering. The interior color/ condition is not quite as good as mine and i'm considering swapping interiors if I get it. Both are 03 SSEI’s but the other car does not have HUD option and mine does.
I saw this post mentioning that everything to the firewall has to be swapped.

How difficult or involved is this swap? Is there any sealer or adhesives that have to be removed from HVAC ducting or are there any delicate parts to watch out for?
