Identify this part? 05 GXP

Afternoon everyone,
Can anybody identify what this part is (used to be lol) on an 05 Bonneville GXP? I've been browsing forums and searching all day and don't feel like I'm getting any closer to figuring it out.

Thats not the relay for the secondary air injection pump is it??
