Need help diagnosing non start (video attached)

Hi guys, my Bonne went out on the hw on friday due to the fuel pump harness disconnecting on the rear passenger side behind the tire. I reconnected, tried to start and had no luck. I stopped attempting to start the engine after I drained the battery
today I was able to get the battery recharged and still, she won't start, please help. here is a video

Start with the basics, check for spark and fuel.

Spray starter fluid through open throttle. If the car sputters then it is a fuel problem. If it just cranks suspect electrical problem.

Can you hear the fuel pump running? Why would the fuel pump harness be disconnected? It is isolated from everything and should have a terminal lock on the connector. Sounds like we don't have the whole story.

Yes, I can hear it running. It disconnected while on the highway, I believe there was some stuck on the side of the tire, im not sure but I had to reconnect to get it started again, the it went back out.
