Rear brakes

Post by Abbby »

The rear brakes on both of my Bonneville's appear to not be working. Th rotors have developed rust on them. Calipers and pads are not that old. Is there a reason these are not auto adjusting? The parking brakes are not hooked up on either one.

they should self - adjust in reverse when you brake.
get it up to about 5 - 10 mph in reverse and brake hard to a stop a few times
see if that helps
