New passenger rear power window regulator motor is hot!

1st, some backround. 2002 SLE. Brought the car to a glass company in small town KS when neither back window would go back up after lowering. They raised the window and did something to keep them from dropping back down and told us that it was an expensive fix but we really didn't need to roll them down what, with a/c and all that. Now that I'm older & wiser and have found the benefits of forums and Google/You Tube, I decided to get to the bottom of my back window problem. Prompted by the fact that the driver's side rear was dropping down a little at a time. Got into the left rear door and found the regulator cable was twisted and stuck and their fix was to bread tie a 14" or so piece of wood to the regulator with a notch to fit the lower edge of the widow to keep it all the way up. Only problem was that the wood was beginning to split and the window was creeping down. Motor was still good but replaced regulator/motor, works like a charm!

The right side however, had the motor disconnected and a small bolt tapped into the hole for the window brace portion of the regulator that extended out of the hole that you fit your socket through to loosen/tighten the retaining bolt for the bracket. Found the original bolt in the bottom of the door well. Removed the regulator, found a bound cable, replaced the regulator & motor and tried to operate with the switch before re installing door panel. Lowered perfectly, raised SLOWLY! Figured that maybe since it had been stationary for so long, it might speed up eventually with use so,
reinstalled the panel and gave it another go. This time it lowered just fine again, then raised slowly and stopped halfway up. Pulled the panel back off to check for obstacles and found the motor was HOT! Checked all connections, pulled plugs apart and re inserted, unkinked any kinked wires, etc. Tried it again, went down fine, raised slowly but all the way. Unplugged the switch and here I am.

Thoughts? Ideas from any similar experiences out there? Is there anything I can use to lubricate the window tracks to see if it's just tough going uphill?

Can you see anything inside of the window tracks? Does the motor have an easier time if you physically help it by pulling the window up while operating it?

Take the door panel back off. Spray silicone into the channels that the glass runs in.

I could not feel any obstructions in the parts of the tracks that I could get to. Tried to see if I could help it along but it still went up slower than going down. I will try some silicone spray in the channels and report back. The rear windows have been closed for about 6 years so, maybe a bit of lubrication will do the trick. Thanks for the feedback.
