No air blows from driver vents

Hey everybody, I'm new to the Bonneville scene. I just picked up an 01 SLE. There is barely any air that comes out of the driver side vents. They are open, but nothing but a trickle comes out. The AC blows cold and strong on the passenger side. I've had a lot of other electrical issues that I've fixed in this car, so could this be electrical as well, or a blockage in the air ducts? Any help is appreciated.

Do you have air coming out of the floor vent or windshield vent on the drivers side or nothing at all?

There is nothing at all coming from the driver side. I'll look when I get home to see if any blows out when I switch to defrost or floor, but I don't believe it did. But it switches fine on the passenger side.

It's a somewhat common problem for one of the actuators to fail. If you do still have have air flow on the drivers side but can't change where it comes out then the actuator would be the issue. One on each side controls the airmix and there's one on each side that controls airflow direction.

When I switch the vents over, the tiny trickle of air switches with it. It just doesn't blow out hard. It's almost as much air that comes out with the blower motor off.
