Hello have a 00 ssei was wondering how much plastic do I remove in back for double din install does anyone have pics thanks in advance

It all depends on what radio you buy. There are DD units that will fit without any trimming, they are shallower than most, so the selection is limited. Check out Crutchfield to see what your options are...you can see the dimensions at the very least and it should give you an idea of how much depth/room you will have.
A temporary fix does not exist. It becomes a solution until it needs to be fixed again.
