Help !! 2000 Lesabre climate control not going to hi fan

Ok I just had the ac compressor and dryer chgd...now when you bump the climate control to 60 degs it only bumps the fan about 3 bars up..it used to go all the way to hi fan...it doest go to hi either if you bum it to 90 degs...only 3 bars up....now all he did was chgd the dryer and compressor,,,never disconnected battery or anything else.....what could have happened ???

Check the relay and or resistor for the blower motor
