Cylinder misfire

To start, last night the Bonneville was running fine, drove an hour to a concert, drove back like a champ. This morning I start it up to move it out of the way, and again to move into position to change a FCA really quick. After I finish up, I want to drive it down the road to feel the improvement in driving, but I only made it a short distance due to misfiring in the engine. I could tell before hand that that's what it was, but as I pulled back into the driveway the SES light started flashing and I could smell the fuel dumping into the cat and coming out the tailpipe. I have a scan tool for the car, but for some reason it wont connect to any OBD2 vehicle that I have ATM, so I cant get specific codes right now.
What I did find by observation though is that the cylinder 1 & 4 coil pack has a crack down the front/side of it, that's not all though, the coil pack was also slightly loose from the ICM, one of the bolts that holds it down wasn't cranked all the way. I tried to tighten it a little and loosen it, sure enough though, it broke. So now I feel like I need to pull the ICM off the car and try to drill out that small POS broken bolt from the bracket. I have a drill press and a nice vice, so Im hoping that when I drill it out, it catches and pushes the bolt all the way through. The unfortunate part is I believe that all of the bolts will break upon trying to remove them. Before I buy anything, I wanted to test the ICM to see if that is bad as well by moving the coils around, but I still suspect that the 1 & 4 coil is bad..... Time to blast it all with PB and let it sit I suppose. I have yet to pull the wires off that particular coil and see if I have spark at all, and FYI, I have new wires and plugs on the engine as recently as this spring, did em myself. I should also mention that I used a vice grip to hold the 1 & 4 coil solid to the ICM with no change in how the engine was running.
The main thing I need to know is where can I find the bolts that hold the coils down? Im guessing that they aren't a common bolt at the hardware store, so unless anyone knows otherwise, please enlighten me. Andrew (Haro), would you care to comment at all?
