Strange noise! *UPDATE*
When I'm going about 35/40 mph or faster, there's this really REALLY strange noise coming from directly in front of me. Somewhere behind the cluster and only when the car is in motion. It's sounds like a rattling/gurgling/flapping noise. Maybe even buzzing/vibrating. I just had my tires rotated and rebalanced on Sat and the issue persists. I don't know where it could be coming from. Anyone have a similar case? I've had the car in park and revved up the engine fr under the hood, but it doesn't happen. I can say for sure that it's only when the car is in motion.

Even without hearing clip I would suggest bearing. Does the noise get loader the faster you go a day start around 30mph?
