I rescue furniture all the time... ive done that more times than I can remember. Usually it involves some swearing "of ccourse I didnt take the truck today.

Also it brings back not so fond memories of when my dads van broke down and he took me to a farm to pick up "bales of hay". He did not tell me this is why we were going there and also I did not speak to him for the rest of the week...

A 93 can fit 5 bales by the way

I put my truck bed on some wheels and pull it behind my car.
My wife calls it a trailer. :)

Here's a photo of my Century hauling a plastic garden cart that I bought for my wife at a garage sale on my way to work... unfortunately it began raining and the tarp I try to carry always was mia so I took a pic after buying one at Tractor Supply.

I recently carried a large doghouse in the trunk of the Lesabre and my trunklid goes down to the trunk floor, much nicer then my Century or that Park Avenue. I was always afraid of breaking the huge UFO tailight with no less then 20 bulbs... Looked beautiful at night and sharp during the day as long as you had the lamp w/out chrome trim.. chrome peels and looks terrible as it gets older...

Truth be told I think I bent the trunklid a bit with all I carried over the years :-$

This is encouraging, I'm planning on trying to cram a 6ft ladder inside the LeSabre in the next few days, so we'll see if that fits as well.

My and my brother ran a little landscaping business over the summer one year. He had a '01grand marquis and I had my 94 bonne. We would alternate carrying the lawnmover, weed whacker, leaf blower, gas/tanks, etc in our trunks. Everything fit like a champ in my trunk. And of course his even more so. I'm a big dude and I fit in his trunk with like a foot of extra space.
