Not sure how to describe this one exactly. Seems like I just can't keep up with this car sometimes haha.
When I am driving and take a hard right turn, no matter what the speed I hear...and I am pretty sure everyone nearby hears....a loud rubbing noise. It isn't metallic sounding to me though. Also, yesterday when I was trying to figure out the issue I was parked in the garage and when I turned the steering wheel to the right as fast as I could it would also make the noise, just not as predominantly and was shorter. I am going to attempt to get a recording of this sound but all I have to do this is my phone so we shall see how that goes. From what I can tell it is coming from the right side of the car but to be honest I am not 100% sure about that. It's one of those, where the F is that coming from, kind of things. Until I can get that sound recorded, anyone have any ideas?

There are a lot of things it could be.
Could be something as simple as a piece of the plastic mud shields inside the wheel well being out of position or a warning sensor on the brake pads rubbing to let you know you should change the brakes, or the dust shield behind the rotor got bent so it now rubs or even a suspension part failing.
The strut bearings can make noise while turning, as they wear out. Outer CV joints make noise while turning when they go bad.
If you recently installed new rims or tires it can be a tire rubbing.
nos4blood70's idea of driving with the windows down is how you can more easily narrow it down to one wheel--even better if someone else drives, so you can get a better listen without crashing.
