I have 2002 SLE and the turn signals are flashing fast and loud. All bulbs are good. went to change out the turn signal flasher relay/module and learned thru a search on this website that the turn signal flasher and hazard flasher are integrated together in one module behind the flasher switch. THANKS for that.
so I pulled the flasher switch out pulled off the electrical connection and am left with this (see picture). I cant figure out how to separate the module from the switch (without breaking it of course). Any ideas. I have tried a number of wrestling moves to remove but it wont budge. Any ideas?

You need a small flat blade screwdriver to release the 4 tabs. Start with one, and hold it at an angle to keep it from popping back in. Just go around in a circle and keep releasing them.
