Do you know why??
Do you know why The 2005 Pontiac GXP have two sizes for their brakes?? Smaller in the front or back I haven't changed them out yet I assume the smaller pads would be on the back but I don't know. Could I please get some help Please Thanks

Smaller always goes on the back. Once you get the wheels off you will know.

Every car is that way. Fronts do the majority of the work and therefore need the bulk of the material. The rears are more or less there to "balance" every thing out and keep the rear from swinging around really.
