Door upper window seal/cladding how to replace?

So my upper window cladding (sorry if thats not the proper term) as seen in the pic is shot and allowing water and air into the cabin. Any advice on how to get on and off. will pick up a replacment from the bone yard. Just dont want to break anything taking it off or putting it on. Thanks gentlemen...

Roll the window down.
Remove the interior door panel.
Remove the side view mirror.
Grab the vertical rubber gasket window channel at the bottom by the exterior door handle and pull towards the center of where the window would be.
Remove the 6-7 phillips screws that hold the trim piece on.
