Clunks into drive, not reverse. Unless I'm up a steep hill, then it shifts smoothly into drive. Also sometimes clunks when I let off the gas quick at low speeds.

From what i've read, I've heard that it might be due to the 'motor mount'?

I've been trying to wrap my mind around that answer for over a month, but haven't done anything about my bonne yet. I'm having a very similar issue.

The front transmission mount needs replacing with either an OEM replacement, which will fail again.. Or the famous hockey puck mount, which will last forever.
