a/c problems
a/c wont blow that cold when just sitting idle or driving. But if i driving with the air recirculating it will get colder faster could this be a sign my compressor is going out cause i had the system recharge last year

Could be a sign that the condenser needs cleaning, and/or you have a low charge.

i would throw in a small can of refrigerant and see how it acts.... its seems low
