Stuttering at take off - Miss On Cylinder 2 - 2003 SSEi

Okay on my 2003 SSEi. I've had an issue with the car "stuttering" at take-off. Never at speed, and not when accelerating while at speed, only when accelerating from a stand still.
Took it to my mechanic after I got a SES light. He said that it is missing on cylinder #2, he said to him it felt like a spark plug/wire issue. So I swapped out plugs and wires. Didn't fix the stutter, and SES light came back on.
Took it back to him. He swapped in a new ignition coil, didn't fix it. Did an injector balance test, and all the injectors tested good, and then he swapped in a used ICM he had, and still didn't fix the issue.
Not sure if anyone here may have any ideas on what might be causing that issue? Ever run into anything like that?
Thanks!

More info - switched injectors, and plugs from cylinder two and another cylinder, didn't move the miss.
Then he did a crankshaft position relearn, and the miss moved to cylinder 5.
Not sure if that may be a bad crankshaft position sensor?
I guess i could at a bit more info on the car too if it helps. It has 80,000 miles. In the last 6-7 years it has only done a few thousand miles. It's been pretty much sitting in a garage for the last 6-7 years. Not sure if that would have anything to do with the issue.

I would try the CPS!

Okay, replaced the Crankshaft position sensor, and it didn't help anything.
He then did a valve cleaning (not sure exactly what he did there), and that didn't help.
My mechanic is pretty much running out of ideas on what could be wrong. Any one here have any other ideas to try?

Did you try swapping the coils around to see if the miss follows the coil?

Yea, that was one of the first things he tried, the miss stayed at cylinder 2.

Okay, another update. I did a compression test on the advice of my brother-in-law. I got about 160ish on all cylinders except for cylinder 2, which came up at about 125.
He mentioned something about a bent piston rod, because of hydrolock? That doesn't sound fun.
