Berryman B-12 Chemtool

Just picked up a bottle of B-12 Chemtool fuel system cleaner. I did a little research and it seemed to have some good reviews. I've got 123K on my 2003 SLE, figured she could probably use a little internal cleaning (if any of these products work). Looking forward to seeing if I can tell a difference in performance or mileage. Anybody else have any experience with this stuff?
