The service stability light always comes on. I would like to disable the system. Is it possible?

Why not just fix it and stop the light from coming on?

Any way you disable it will leave the light on on the dash unless you take the cluster apart and remove the bulb.

Unplug the yaw sensor or the steering wheel position sensor to disable the system.

If you disable the system it will always ding and say "Service Stability System" on the DIC.

Thanks for the great advice. I'll see how much it costs to repair. Around how much do you think it's going to cost me in repair?

first you will need to check the code for the stability system. once you can read the code then you can determine what is wrong and also what it will cost to fix.. common failures that cause a stability system light:
* Steering Angle Sensor (in steering column)
* Bad wheel speed sensor or wheel Hub or damaged wire
* Bad yaw sensor
* Bad EBCM

haro has parts to replace them with 2nd hand, affordable.
