Window question on 2000 SSEi

The passenger front window in my car has been getting slower and slower when going back up over the last year, especially during winter months. If I put it down it will go up about 1/2 inch at a time if I give it 5 min inbetween trying to roll it up. It now doesn't go up or down, but can be pulled up / down with my hand if someone is pressing the switch. Planning on just ordering a new regular that comes with a new motor attached already just wanted to make sure that I'm correct on thinking it's the regulator / motor. Thanks for any advice guys!

Is the window glass riding the window seal it the correct location? I'm guessing its folded over and that is why its struggling.

Window seal being the outer window trim that's cracked / faded & chipped like all other 3 of them? The window has always been slow in winter months when put down over half way, but it always worked fine during summer months till now.

No the vertical window seal, the channel the window rides in.

I havn't taken the door panel off yet to see the problem, the window goes up / down very easily when someone pulls it up or down, and it right on track.

You wouldn't need to take the door panels off. You can see if there is a problem looking outside the car.
