Hi Everyone.

I installed Monroe Quick Struts a few years ago and was never satisfied with the ride quality or ride height.

As such, I recently contacted Monroe's warranty department which informed me that they've taken the product off the market (due to the aforementioned issues) and opened a claim for me. From this, they asked me for all of my receipts, etc... and will reimburse me for the parts/labor and anything else related to their poor product.

so just specifically for Bonnies and also what are they replacing them with as far as product offerings?

I too need to know how to do this. I can get my receipt from amazon but I doubt my mech is gonna have one from a year ago.
