Are you referring to the front sub-frame under the motor and trans?

If so, other have done it. Support motor and transmission from the top, unbolt everything and slide it out.

Biggest issue is making sure the bolts holding it in are not rusted or the welded nuts inside the frame are not rusted out.

Search the forum and you will find that others have had that issue.

Here is the thread from December of '12, when I replaced the main part of the subframe under my '93 SSE.
It appears as though some of the pictures have disappeared, I'll check into that if I get the time.

The repair was SO worth it. I smile pretty much every time I drive the car. I heartily suggest that you look
VERY closely at the mounts for the bushings where they attach to the body. A parts car I looked at a while
ago had what I called the "Double Whammy", in that the subrame itself was shot, and so were the attachment
points on the unibody. Only 108K miles were showing, and the car was pretty much scrap. Sad.

PM or ask here if you need advice..

Keep us posted!
