98 SSEi suspension problems

Post by CatmanFS »

So, I'm driving along at 140k miles and after this last winter it seems like the handling is terrible. I'm not entirely sure if the front shocks are stock or what, but every little pothole and road problem is really tearing me up. I know that with the bad winter, the roads are going to be a little rough, but it seems to be more so than usual.

So, I'm looking for some good shocks, nothing for performance, just something that can give my car back it's smooth ride. I'd be interested in anything that was just a little beefier than the standard ones, as the car is so heavy. Any other advice for the 90's Bonneville suspension would be appreciated as well.
