I don't know what's the deal with the image but that site seems real cheap otherwise

Looks decidedly uncheap to me.

I am not sure what you mean. It looks to me like our patch design and that they lifted it. By cheap I meant that site did not seem very sophisticated. Anyway... :-)

Since I have your honest opinion, I'm curious as to why you think it does not seem very sophisticated. I just got done redoing the website this month and I'm very pleased with it.

I feel like a heel. More looking around there unearthed some good points. The comments section is fresh and looks to be a good idea. Also being able to order parts or cars directly from your site is cool. And that it is right on the menu bar.

On the other hand the black background and white lettering gives my eyes a challenge. And on my dilapidated old mac the text justifies way left and it shows up right at the very left edge of my screen.

At any rate I have it bookmarked and plan to check your site when I need good parts.

Other than the 'comments' section is there a forum yet?

The white text on black background being hard to read is definitely an opinion, but I won't be changing it. The fact that it doesn't load properly on your old Mac doesn't really concern me because if you want good looking webpages then you would use an up-to-date computer/browser. However, according to my log, the only hits that I've gotten from a Mac device today was an iPad running Safari 5.1.

I have no need for a forum on my website.

ok, don't have any way to explain the no mac logg. none at all. can post a pic of my mac and me if you need it. love your site, but it doesn't work for me like this site does. I hope I am welcome there though. I really feel ridiculous the name Bonnevilles Unlimited didn't register with me and that I skimmed the post poorly.

For years our managers were too "cheap" to spring $$$ for a current browser on our old servers (old 590 IBM RISC boxes). As a consequence, most web pages would not load properly and I couldn't do any "cool stuff" to our web site because the browser didn't know what to do with the different "calls". It couldn't even handle applets. Now that's "cheap". - BC

I am not sure what to tell you, I accessed Bonnevilles unlimited on my G3 a couple times that night and again when you posted Andrew.

I missed the boat. In an effort to give my opinion I missed what site this was and infact I totally exaggerated the bad in order to hang with you guys

Love the site. I do miss the old feature where you can put your cursor over the junked Bonnevilles and it shows you how gutted out they were after you got done with them ;) Not a big deal, love the site Andrew!

I think the site looks good Andrew. I like the page of Bonneville's sold, but I also like the feature of rolling over the image to see the car stripped.

Can't believe you've flipped so many!!!!!

Yeah it would be huge effort imho. Multithousands in equipment, tools and supplies, overhead, capital, ins, zoning laws and permits etc. It seems you got it Andrew :)
