I have noticed with this bonneville the heat vents blow out very little air. Are the doors not opening all the way?

They were never very strong to begin with.

seems like the passenger side gets more airflow on mine.

I would agree, they are closer to the blower motor tho

Have you cleaned the Evap core,this improved my airflow by 40%
