That is 21 so far, Still waiting for some more confirmations!

Here is a link to a google map with my address for those that don't know already, I always recommend I75 North to US10 West once in Michigan, all other Northern routes have a bunch of 55 MPH zones and will add a lot of time to the drive. My house on google

The meet starts on Thursday, and ends on Sunday this year, though if anyone wishes to hang out for the night and leave Monday that is fine as well.

Thursday - Arrivals, general BSing and likely a lot of car washing going on, beers.
Friday - should be the rest of the arrivals, detailing and some mechanical work going on. Might have a bonfire, definitely some beers.
Saturday - Big convoy down to the Intense meet in Detroit, upon coming back to my place beers will be cracked, memories talked about, BIG fire, and many beers!
Sunday - Detailing, mechanical work, most people heading home.

There will of course be more going on during the meet during these days, but this is just a general outline.

FOOD!
Ahh yes, of course food! We have McDonalds and Subway as well as a few other restaurants within 10 minutes, a grocery store just as close, a little further out and there are a ton of restaurants as well as bigger stores and dang near a dozen parts stores. I have a grill that will be open for use anytime (propane) as well as the microwave and stove / oven in the house. You can bring food or money (or any combo of both) for yourself to eat, we do usually try to keep meals together though so everyone can share, you won't be snubbed if you want to eat your own food without sharing though (I realize there are those with tight budgets!) DO NOT feel like you have to help feed everyone to come to this meet, you pay for your gas and your food and you are absolutely welcome to come!

As for sleeping, I know that many people are already calling rooms and floor space, as usual the rooms will be reserved for couples first and foremost no matter what. There is a ton of floor space though, but 30 air mattresses might make it tight  I highly suggest tents for some if you have them available, we also have a tent or two that people can use, if it does happen to rain we will do whatever we have to do to fit everyone in the house to stay clean and dry. For those that haven't been here we do have quite a bit of floor space available :)

Time to get moving on this, I know many of you have been anxiously awaiting this thread :beerchug:

This year I will host this alongside the Intense 3800 meet down in Detroit, members can kill two birds with one stone this way.

We will be moving some time this summer, no idea when, however that will not effect this meet. If we move to the new house it will only change the location by about 15 miles so really no big deal. I took a new job recently that started with a good sized pay cut so money will be tight for this meet, please make sure you plan accordingly for food.

Big bonfire, plenty of drinks, mild modding, and detailing will all be a big part as always. Let's see how we can get this one to turn out!

I will be in for this unless my buddy's bachelor party gets scheduled for that weekend.

And I won't be doing a brake job this time! :P

You know I'm in for this haul. May have a couple others with me, & Brennan is planning on tagging along as well though I think he'll be driving separate.

I will plan on gettting all of those days off this time!

With any luck I'll be there in something way cooler than the Regal this year!

Yeah, he wants to drive the "Prizolla" through WV. I've tried to talk him into taking the '93 since we'll be going to the 3800 meet and all...no dice.

I have a question, as some of you may know, I'm profoundly Deaf which means I use American Sign Language as my means of communication. Would others be willing to help me out by communicating with me by paper and pen or using the note app in the smartphones? I can lip read well but takes me a bit to learn how you all pronounce certain words.

We would be more then happy to help you out, anyone causing any drama over it would be relieved of their invitation as well. :btruestory:

I will be there. I would probably come up on the Friday, instead of Thursday.

Dibs on floor space. I am not picky, I might even bring an air mattress this time, lol.

Tough weekend to miss with both of these events, count me in! Will be great to meet all of you. We can work out details as we get closer but I am more than willing to pitch in and bring a bunch of food, just let me know how many people you expect. Tenting the best option? Hopefully the weather permits. I’ll have to wait and see how it pans out but I hope to convoy out with some others from MN if they attend. Looks like about a 10 ½ hr drive (I think I can beat that  ) I would probably take Thurs, Fri, Mon. off of work, drive out Thursday morning, and leave from your place that Monday morning. Quite a few items I want to have done to the car by then so I’d better get rolling once this *dang* winter lets up!

Oh, you know I'm in for this!! Since I will be attending the Intense meet, I will bringing my car this year (the Bonneville). Might convoy with the Booze's depending on when they leave if if they take the route through Cambridge again.

I should be able to pitch in for food and such as well.

EDIT: And, I plan to take tons of pictures and videos this time, even more than I did at the last meet.

I wonder what if we have enough people in attendance to Ryan's meet, maybe we could all assign two or three people to each meal (two or three are responsible for breakfast, another two or three for lunch and so forth?) we would help cook but those people provide the meat and assortments for that certain meal? That would reduce food cost for everyone

Don't get me wrong, I am not saying you have to bring food for everyone, only that I can't provide food for everyone all weekend, meets aren't cheap to host

Also, our little baby girl, Mia, is due March 24th so if anyone is allergic to babies you might want to think about that hahaha :)

In the weeks to come I will get this more organized and have everything laid out, and we will have it all planned out to convoy down to the big Intense meet.

I insist. Your hospitality is worth something. Let me know when you get a head count as we get alot closer. I'll bring some sort of salad dish and a bunch of stuff for you to grill (you better have a grill lol)

I initially thought it would be cool to take a ferry across lake Michigan since it would save some miles but that sh*t is expensive! Def cheaper to spend the $ on extra gas.

Hence my suggestion of everyone splitting up components of all meals. It would be like 15-20 bucks for four days.
