I can see why. You're making me miss mine. Even though mine was grandma tan on camel cloth with the wire hubcaps and whitewalls. I loved that car so much.

I Love those wheels on your car! It really makes me want to pick up a set of GTP wheels or the older Bonne spoked wheels (not sure what the older one's are called from the early 90s)

I got those GTP wheels for $20 a piece at the junkyard. I thought it was worth a shot, since they were so cheap. Tested them, and really like them. I plan to get them PVD'd in the future, because I like chrome wheels.
That LeSabre was a great cruiser. I'm hoping to have it at least drivable before winter comes.

That LeSabre is beautiful! So many great subtle mods that set it apart from the common crowd! I would be working on this bad boy day/night to get it back on the road!

Wait, did you put that hood emblem, and grill on there? I thought the lesabres had the emblem on the grill.

He has a lot of PA parts on it.
I'll make it out there one day Greg, and help do something to bring her back.

What happened to it? Looks great from the pictures and very tastefully done. Nice work.

Great looking car! I like the addition of the Park Avenue grille and hood ornament, and the exhaust tips.

Thanks guys! This car was very well known around town back in the day. I will have it back running soon. Only problem is, I'm very limited in knowledge and especially tools to get those brake and fuel lines fixed. Next year I will start rust repair. Booze saw the car in person, it looks terrible now compared to those shots (visible rust, messed up hood, missing lots of clear coat and some paint, and just overall dirty).
This particular model came with the hood ornament. It was a very base custom, but the original 15" aluminum wheels and the hood ornament were special order for this car. I added the PA grill and fender and hood trim. It also has LeSabre Limited door and fender trim. But yes, there are a few PA parts on it (mostly interior). I have done a lot of lighting mods as well (not seen in these pics).
Unfortunately, rust has taken over, and a lot of that shiny green paint is now gone, and as some of you know, it's not drivable because of the rotted fuel and brake lines. Plus, the muffler fell off back in August - that kind of upset me.
One of these days it'll be ready to show again!
