Anything works on cleaning glass, to take out spots? Thanks!

I'd try a good glass-cleaner and a lint-free towel (I use blue shop towels on the roll). Otherwise steel wool works great, get a very fine (#0000) steel wool and use glass cleaner as a lubricant, that should remove any spots remaining.

I used to think Steel wool was ok but really it is not the best thing to use for water spots. These two products will clean the exterior glass really well and leave the glass protected for 2 to 3 months.

I have also found that it works wonders on glass shower stall doors.

Have been using the same can of Bon Ami scouring powder for like 20 years. I only use it when really dirty. It was a tip on the old TNN show Shade Tree Mechanic. Supposed to have been used by wiper blade mfgs. Do not use any other brand. If I was buying more I'd test to make sure they haven't changed it.
Hopefully the spots aren't frosted glass.

Thanks for the replies, I've tried Bon ami and vinegar...neither worked. I also tried rubbing compound and rain x glass cleaner. I will try steel wool...
