Moog strut assembly, good?

I'm thinking of replacing my front struts with the Moog complete strut assembly I see listed on Rock Auto for my '03 SE because I don't want to deal with compressing the spring to replace just the strut. I've seen the posts about the Monroes raising the ride height and wondered if anyone has used the Moogs and if they recommend them? Car has almost 150,000 miles and the struts are original so I figure it's time for a replacement. The Moogs are part #ST8560 on Rock Auto. If not the Moog's I'll go with the ACDelcos, but the Moogs are about $40 less a piece. Thanks for the help.
