Taillights won't turn off!

The stalk on the left side is turned off and my delay is turned off. Idk what to do. Any advice?

Are any other lights on at the same time? Are you sure that they are the taillights and not the brake lights?

Th outer red lights on both side are on as we'll as the iner one on the right side. I'm not sure which is the brake light.

All the other lights are off except the three rear ones I mentioned.

Have someone step on the brake pedal while watching, and see if the lights stay the same, or get brighter.

They do get brighter.

Do they change when you turn the running lights on?

when i turn the car on all four red bulbs come on. nothing changes when i turn the running lights on. when i turn the car off only the inner left red bulb goes off. the third brake light stays on as well.

fixed it! pulled the brake light fuse and put it back in. problem solved. haha
