I should say so!
Are you just doing the front swaybar or the rear also?? You'll definitely notice the difference in the cornering. I would also recommend stiffer springs too eventually to reduce front to back movement.
Should be a very nice upgrade regardless though.

I've been shaking this thing down for a few months now and have identified the problem areas and how to fix them. The worst problem was the front end push when turning in... Christ, you'd think it had a freaking snow plow on the front bumper! The rear sway bar was only 15mm (FE1) and had bubblegum for bushings! Sourced an F41/FE3 21mm bar, poly bushings, and much heavier hardware (10mmx90mmx1.5 10.9's). Installed it and it turns in 90% better! ...and that's without having touched the factory FE1 28mm front bar or its bubblegum bushings(have a 32mm F41 32mm bar (pictured) to replace it)!
I snagged the F41 springs out of the donor car when I picked up the bars but I want to see how it does with the softer springs before I install them. I installed some air bags a couple of weeks ago and they really tightened the rear end up with only 10lbs of pressure. So we'll see what happens...

What car did the F41 springs come from?
As well the larger sway bars and the poly bushings will make a difference in ride quality and cornering.. Personally I like stiffer springs as opposed to the FE1, but thats just my tastes.. I like a car that is firm and rides the road without feeling like a washboard... F41 seems to be right in that area.. Its taught but not so solid that it would drive you nuts on a trip..
There are 3 levels of F41 iirc.. Ok firm, Moderate Firm and Wait does it think its a sports car? Firm

98 Park Avenue... Don't get me wrong, I love a firm ride with feedback but this is my daily driver and I'm looking for a little duality. Comfortable enough for a 4-500 mile road trip, but stable enough to dump into a corner at speed without having to worry about taking out the bus stop on the opposite corner
I've got an 89 Camaro that I track that has specific/linear spring rates and heim joints where all of the rubber bushings used to be. Terribly uncomfortable to drive on the street but I can change direction at a buck plus and know exactly what it is going to do each and every time...

The 98 Park Avenue is a G platform iirc.. Worlds apart from the 92-99 Le Sabre H platform..
I understand what you want from the car tho... Road trips are how my 95 SE Bonneville ended up with 200,000 miles...lol
Curious about the rotors as well... where did you get them..?

My mistake, 96 Park Avenue

Ahh ok... Good, chances are the ride will still be friendly with a firmer more sure footed feel.. shouldn't be harsh at all.. Overall it should make for a really good highway cruiser..

Which is exactly what I'm going for... Once I get the suspension dialed in, I'll probably look into a getting a FWI and possibly a down pipe for a little added pep.
