1994 flasher

Asuming I have the stock flasher in my Bonnie 94 SSE, I would need advice if there is another optional flasher I could use?

The problem is that I have an extra "euro" turnsignal on the front fender. Since it is there (legal issues), I think it is silly if I don't use it by removing the bulb. But with the bulb there, my turn signals are flashing too fast!

I heard "rumors" that there might be some "high performance" electronic flasher that do not depend on how many turn signal bulbs are used.

But where on earth do I get one for a Bonnie 1994?!

I don't know about flashers, but if you put a resistor inline with the side flasher, it would slow it down. I don't know what ohm value though.

I think I found some more about this on the Net. There are something called "Heavy Duty" electronic/mechanical flashers, while a "basic" flasher is thermal. I think mine could be thermal. I should probably try a Heavy Duty.

In my case a "Heavy Duty" thermal flasher, Wagner 536/552 did the trick. Flash rate is back to normal with bigger load. The stock flasher Wagner 224 was to fast with more-than-stock load.
