Second time Bonneville owner from Illinois

Hello everyone!

I just got my second Bonneville last week! I'm very happy to be the new buyer of a 2000 SSEi with just under 80k on her. My first Bonnie was a base model from 92. I've loved the Bonneville platform since the very beginning and have been dying to get back into one. When my Monte Carlo bit the dust at 238k miles I figured this was my chance. I'm so excited to put many miles on her, take good care of and spend lots of time with my new ride.

Welcome! Yeah, what part of IL? I'm pretty much all over the place all the time for reasons. Live in O.P. go to school in Blo-No, those are my two residences.

Yes! That's the one! I was able to snatch it up last Thursday for the $4900 he had just dropped it to. I love it! Very good deal IMHO. Major upgrade from my 99 Monte Carlo with 238k on it. Haha.

That is a hell of a deal! I'm out in DeKalb a lot hanging out with another member/close friend. Rockford isn't too far from DeKalb.

I am in Dekalb every weekend! I went to NIU and so does my girlfriend and my younger brother. So I know that area very well. I live in Belvidere to be more specific. I'll definitely keep an eye out for you guys!

It's nice knowing there's a lot of Chicagoland members. I look forward to being an active member!

Hey @SSEiMan01, what did you have to do to have the picture of your car in your signature? I'd like to add mine but I don't like having to have it hosted somewhere else online.

Pretty sure to do a sig pic you need to have the IMG code from photobucket or similar. I could be wrong, but that's how I do mine.

We should arrange a mini meet up sometime next time I go out to Lucas's.
