how can i make my 04 gxp 4.6 faster.and not spend my life savings.would like to be 400hp at the wheels.is stock now whit 92000 miles.i can spend 200 dollars a week on it just to play.also i need a console out of 78 to 84 grand prix.perfer maroon. need it for my 83 bonneville. iam cutting my 4door into a 2door. 78 to 84 chevy malibu has same body lines. will be awsum when done. ALSO does anybody have the plstic motor cover,mine is missing. need to buy one.

As far as the gxp. I would save up about 8 wks before you get started modding, the gxp is extremely limited as far as mods. I believe they now make a cai/hai/fwi, headers. The gxp is not the best car as far as mods. enjoy what you have...

400 WHP isn't gonna happen with anything short of a turbo, which is going to involve a ton of custom work, money, and someone who can tune it. They don't make headers for the LD8 in the Bonne, and no one makes a CAI that fits the Bonne, you get to custom fab.
If you want to mod, you picked the wrong car.
Check ebay for the parts you need, and possibly start another thread, in the proper section.
