2001 SLE, 220k on her, but she runs great, I already have a 2nd 3800 that I'll be building over the winter to drop in, 2" QA1 lowering springs and some 18's

I do not think that is an SLE. It looks more like an SE.

I talked with my cousin who works at the tribal DMV, on the title's here they list them as Bonneville's they list them as SE/SLE & the SSei

yes has all the characteristics of a SE with probably allot SLE options . IE sunroof , maybe leather seats and center console .

This is what an SLE looks like:

An 01 would have the wheels and seats my car has, but the body is the same.
Edit: SE's could have leather, sunroof, etc. They were optional. Just couldn't have an L67 or HUD.

Basically. You have an SE. However, SLE's and SE's could pretty much be the exact same thing. Only differences will be the outside body kit, the wheels, the brakes, and the dual exhaust system. Beyond that, you could even get FE2 and the 3.05 gearing on an SE.
