My 2002 sle started running rough today. I went to Auto Zone and got codes p0202 and p0302. I checked cylinder #2 and found that a rodent had chewed through the wires leading to a plug above the cylinder #2. where does this wire terminate to? it looks like the front passenger side of the engine compartment. does the other end have the sort of plug arrangement or is it hard wired into something?

We will probably needs some pictures here to help out.

But it sounds like the fuel injector connection to cylinder #2.

I am almost positive it is the fuel injection connection. I am just trying to find out how to replace it.

If its just the wires, they could be easily repaired.

If its chewed so close to the connector, you might need a different connector with a section of wiring.
