I just purchsed a 2005 SLE w/ 40,000 miles. What should I expect from a performance standpoint and what possible repairs should I be prepared to address?

Performance? As far as what? Stock, the car is about 8.5 sec to 60, and 1/4 mile in the very high 15's.
