rear springs??
Anyone know the easiest way to change the rear springs? 2001 SLE

Raise vehicle and support.
Remove the tires and wheels.
Support the control arm with a suitable jack.
Remove the electronic level control air tube from the shock.
Remove the two bolts securing the shock to the control arm.
Remove hex nut and separate the adjustment link from the knuckle.
Slowly lower the control arm until it bottoms on the support assembly.
Using a pry bar, pry under the lower spring insulator and remove the spring with the insulator.
Remove the upper insulator by pulling downward.
Installation Procedure
Install the upper insulator in body.
Install the lower insulator in the control arm.
Install the spring ensuring the insulator is seated in the control arm.
Raise the lower control arm and install the two shock bolts in the control arm. Tighten the shock bolts to 24 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
Install the adjustment link to the control arm. Tighten adjustment link to 50 Nm (36 ft. lbs.).
Connect the electronic level control air tube to the shock.
Install the tires and wheels. Tighten wheel nuts to 140 Nm (100 ft. lbs.).
Lower the vehicle.
Remove the tires and wheels.
Support the control arm with a suitable jack.

*Gone, but not forgotten* - Black 2000 SSEi, HIR Headlights, Angel Eyes fogs, 3rd brake light overlay, hi-flo cat, 180 degree thermostat, HS 1.9 rockers, LSx yellow springs, Intense FWI, PCM, shift kit, push rods, and 3.4 Pulley. ZZP Power Log.
