98 ssei strut sag

Post by phoenix_flame220 »

My dads 98 SSEI has blown rear shocks. They had the performance handling package struts. Will standard struts return the car to its original ride height? It seemed to sit low because the auto level system didnt work and hes hoping that he doesnt haev to put air shocks back in for the car to sit properly. does it matter which shocks go in, in regards to ride height?

IIRC, Rockauto has struts labeled for deleting the air bags too. I don't think there was a huge price difference compared to the air struts though.
