High Speed Fan Override

I have searched, and read up on this topic. But I would just like to confirm what I understood from my reading.
I found these instructions...
Remove the RF hushpanel (passenger side). Look up. The silver box is the PCM with three connectors. Ignore the red and blue connectors.

White connector is your target. Row C is the one on the side with the lock tab. Row D is the other. D10 (row D, pin 10) is a dark blue wire. Ground it through a switch.

To find it, D9 is empty, D11 is Dark Green. C10 next to it is gray.

Dark Blue D10 on white PCM connector, ground through a switch. That'll run high-speed fans whenever the ignition is on. (will not muck with AC control of auto fans).

You tap into the existing wire (don't cut it). That way the AC and PCM retain control of the fans, or you can override it by grounding that wire yourself when you throw a switch.
So basically all I do is splice into this wire, and then run the wire to a grounding point, with a switch in the middle somewhere?

I hope this helps some. I've found if I let it run a while it will trip a SES light. Other wise it works as I need it to.
