I am sorry everyone, but unfortunately the meet must be cancelled for 2012, just way too much going on right now. I really hope it isn't a major inconvenience to anyone....




Well, late planning this one, still not 100% certain if it will happen. A lot has been going on around here and looks to be a ton of overtime coming up over this summer. All said and done I just wasn't sure if I could pull off a meet this year financially or even have the time to do it.

I have been asked however by many members about it and so I will see what we can come up with.

I think sometime in June or July would be best, but I don't have any specific date yet.



This meet will not be so much of a "Mega" meet as the ones in the past have been, if this happens there won't be any drag racing and no go carts, and it will be a fend for yourself type meet. We can all pitch in for food if we want to eat here or there is local restaurants available. It is only Heather and I living here now and the meet would definitely be on a weekend that we don't have my kids so we have three spare bedrooms and as in the past, a TON of room for tents.

There will be detailing, bonfires, cruising, pics, general maintenance, and overall just a good time.

Basically what it will be this year is my house will be the meeting point, but I just can't foot the bill for it like I have in years past, just way too much going on right now for that. I am very confident though that we can pull this off and still have a great time as I know you all are very respectful and have been at every meet I have ever hosted.

SO... with that said, who is interested? Ideas?

Ill be there! With a convoy of Chicago Bonnevilles As long as I know the date ahead of time I can take off work.
Edit: If it is in June, it would need to be after the 8th. Anything else is fair game. Could always have it around my bday in July.

The first week of June, I'll be in Wisconsin. And a friends wedding July 21st. Any other date and I'll join ya! It's been far to long since I've seen the Mi crew!



Totally down for a relaxed meet. It's always a good time with great people!

I'm down for a meet, whenever it may be I'll make sure I have that weekend off.

Hard to say if Liz and I can make another day on top of next week and the wedding in August. Game time decision?

I've enjoyed the two that I've attended in the past. I would love to go again. The first 2 weeks of June are out for me though. My other issue is that I have just started a new job, and I don't have the flexible schedule that I had at my previous job. Plus, I'm not sure how much time off I will have built up by the time the meet starts (and I don't know if it'll be a good idea for me to be taking time off 2-3 months after starting).

I'm okay with it not being able to be a Mega Meet, as I am the type of person who loves hanging out and chatting it up with everyone.

I'll update when I know more, and when there's a confirmed date. I would love to attend again this year, as I've made some changes to the Bonneville over the last year, and would love to bring it by.

Recalling the amount of regret I had when I missed last years meet, mark my words I will be at this one. I call a bed

Weekends I don't have the boys...

June 9/10
June 23/24
July 7/8
July 21/22


These four weekends are possibilities, I don't know if Heather and I have anything planned for those weekends, but I don't see anything on the calender so I think we are in the clear there.

I work second shift so I don't get out until 11 PM friday, however you can still show up on Friday if you wish. I leave for work at 2:30 and Heather will be home from work about that same time so someone will be here the whole day. I don't leave for work until Monday again at 2:30 so anyone would be welcome to stay that long if they wish, though history shows everyone usually leaves Sunday night or early Monday morning.

I will be in that convoy with Will! Any date works for me!

June 9th and 10th is probably the only weekend that wouldn't work for me, but any of the other weekends would work for me if I were to go.

6/9 and 10 would work, but considering I'm getting back from CA on the 7th, may not be ideal at all. That way I can have at least one weekend on that paycheck. I also vote no on 6/9 and 6/10.

I also vote not on June 9-10!

Haven't been this excited for something in a while. Referring to the meet and the swap.

Is be tentative but that last weekend in June would work best for me, as long as you guys don't mine an 05 'Hoe crashing the party......someones gotta pull you guys outta the ditch

Would it be freaky awesome if somehow both of my cars made it to the meet? Of course the T/A still looks like complete ass.
